We have been installing commercial grade HVAC systems since we opened our doors in 1983. We are committed to creating the perfect comfort system for each company, and our staff know how to successfully complete projects. Yet perhaps the biggest difference is our access to a wide range of the best manufacturers in the HVAC business.
Conditioned Air is a certified dealer of:
- Carrier
- Daikin
- Trane
- Lennox
- York
These are some of the most forward-thinking and reliable manufacturers in HVAC today. And we are proud to be able to offer them to our customers. The versatility that working with these various industry leaders means that we can determine the system that will work best for your set up and your budget. HVAC professionals that work with one brand may be limited by what they can install and the costs for each project.
We know that your budget comes first
Conditioned Air understands how important an investment like an HVAC installation is to each customer, which is why we will provide you with a thorough cost analysis and projected return on investment. We also know all local, state, and federal tax credits or other incentives available and know how to meet key deadlines to apply for these incentives.
The Ability to Fabricate Parts Means Savings for the Customer
Years ago, Conditioned Air Systems took the next step in HVAC and began to manufacture some of its own materials – including ductwork. This ability allows us to custom build materials for installations of all sizes and respond to all parameters – including any unique situations, such as installing new systems on older buildings. The result is that we are not beholden to a third party for these materials, allowing us to pass the saving on to our customers.
We Understand New Technology and Put it to Work for You
The latest advancements in the HVAC industry have made a huge difference in commercial systems. Did you also know that new HVAC technology includes improved control over:
Air quality and safety – UV-C light, ionization and hydrogen peroxide can be easily installed in both older and newer HVAC units to literally kill viruses (including the novel coronavirus, which is responsible for COVID-19). Ionization also rids the air of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and molds, while improved filters can also make a huge difference in air quality.
Improved Connectivity and Access to Information – New technologies and the ease with which data may be accessed means that landlords, business owners, maintenance technicians and/or property managers can see exactly how HVAC systems are running, how efficiently they are doing so and thus make the most of their bottom line.
Green energy – We can help you make as small a carbon footprint as possible while also helping to keep costs at a minimum. Also, Georgia businesses face some of the highest energy costs in the nation, so any advancement that makes our customers less reliant on the energy grid is a development that pays dividends. We have options to help do just that, including geothermal and hybrid systems.
Ductless systems make it easy – Many next generation ductless HVAC units are now available that can handle work loads of all sizes. Compact and unobtrusive, they still produce impressive amounts of heating and cooling at a highly efficient level. These can be especially helpful for older buildings or where ductwork may be difficult to install.
