Keeping You Comfortable is Job 1
What does a maintenance contract include?
When you sign a Conditioned Air maintenance contract, we pledge to contact you and ensure twice-yearly visits from our NATE-certified technicians. They run a thorough inspection of your entire HVAC system, guaranteeing that it is ready for the sweltering days of summer and the frigid lows of winter – and everything else in between.
CAS strictly adheres to the service and maintenance guidelines set out by equipment manufacturers, allowing us to prolong the efficiency of your air conditioner, heater, or other equipment (such as purifiers). We will also keep an eye out for any potential problems that could require repair and alert you, talking you through the issue and helping you to arrive at a decision that makes the most sense for your budget.
We do this for all customers, regardless of whether we installed your HVAC or not. All Conditioned Air Systems service agreement customers also have access to priority scheduling, as well as our 24-hour, 7-days-a-week emergency services. In short, our maintenance contracts offer you the peace of mind in knowing that you will never have to worry about home comfort.
Reasons for Maintenance
Yes, modern air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces can run for up to 15 years before showing signs of failure, but that is no guarantee. And even so there are aspects and substances within those HVAC units which require occasional service to achieve proper efficiency – such as filters changing and coolant refilling.
Fully servicing HVAC equipment requires knowledge of both large and intricate electrical and mechanical systems. This includes thermostats, AC circuit boards, capacitors, contractors, and motor fans – all of which is routine for our highly-trained, licensed, and NATE-certified technicians.
HVAC Service Benefits
Beyond simple peace of mind, there are plenty of benefits to utilize central air conditioner, heat pump, and/or furnace maintenance with CAS, including:
